Obituary

May 12, 1998 — November 15, 2025

Caroline "Carly" Rose Fiorello, a Cyber Security Analyst who recently graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University was working toward becoming a certified Airframe & PowerPlant (A&P) Mechanic. She was a proud resident of Sun Prairie, WI when she unexpectedly lost her battle to PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) on November 15, 2025 at the age of 27.

Caroline is survived by her immediate family (whom she is intentionally estranged from), her aunt and uncle (Dave & Heather Fiorello), her Marines, her closest cousins (Patrick Depula and his family), as well as her loving and extremely supportive families located at the Madison Circus Space and the Marine Corps League.

Life & Legacy

Caroline was born in Korea on May 12, 1998 and was raised in Trenton, NJ. She was a devoted "Little Monster" (Lady Gaga super-fan). She graduated with a degree in Aviation in 2019, and shortly after earned her title as a United States Marine at Parris Island. After working as a "Cyber Warrior" for the Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton in California, she decided to fulfill her lifelong dream of moving to Wisconsin and settling in Sun Prairie where she was quickly recruited by the Madison Area Jugglers (MAJ) at Garner Park. Caroline was also recruited by the Marine Corps League, and rapidly became the elected Commandant of the brand new Sugar River Detachment on the West Side of Madison through the help and support of her fellow Marines.

Caroline was an avid reader and juggler who not only loved being part of the Juggling Community, but was also proud to take part in the Madison Circus Space. She was often seen juggling in and around Garner Park, Rennebohm Park, Sandstone Park, Lakeview Park, and the surrounding neighborhoods. She loved to entertain others by making them smile and laugh during her juggle walks, and would even take the time to teach juggling when asked. Although she was heavily known for being militarily abrasive and aggressive, those closest to her knew she had a gentle heart and loved animals. She especially enjoyed spending time with her friends and cousins, and often looked forward to secretly helping others when she could.

She became notorious for taking the time and dedication to donate Platelets & Plasma at the American Red Cross every other week. She made sure to drop off soda can tabs at the Ronald McDonald House every 6 months, and would drop off plastic bags to The Book Deal on Mineral Point once a week. Caroline was also often seen dropping off food at the Sunshine Place Food Pantry in Sun Prairie each month. However, Caroline's favorite fundraising activity was the Polar Bear Plunge (as she falsely called it due to her stubborn "NJ" accent). Every winter she would anticipate being granted the opportunity of participating in the annual Polar Plunge as a way to help raise money and awareness for the Special Olympics of Wisconsin. While her courage and dedication helped inspire those around her, it is clear that she will be deeply missed by her close friends, relatives, Marines, and anyone who may have felt touched by Caroline's kindness and generosity.
